Administrative Initiatives

Temple administration and student government are too often disconnected and unknown by the majority of the student body. ReimagineTU will bring together student organizations to understand their needs better and work to improve outreach to the student body that their government is made to represent.

Representative Roundtable â€‹

Student organization leadership on campus know better than anyone how to improve the system they are a a part of. This roundtable would be a meeting consisting of representatives from student organizations to discuss ways to improve Student Activities and maximize the capacity for student organizations to effect change over a complimentary meal.

Breaking it down...

(Written by Ray Epstein, Presidential Candidate)

According to the Division of Student Affairs, there are over 300 student organizations registered on Temple’s campus. These organizations support a wide variety of interests, activities and causes. Inter-club activity does not occur often on campus, and many students miss out on the opportunity to connect with other students and organizations throughout their years at Temple. Many clubs and organizations do incredible work to create change on campus and in our city, country and world, but lack the necessary numbers and resources to make the biggest impact that they could. In order to bring these organizations together our team introduces the bi-monthly Org Roundtable.

This will be a meeting consisting of representatives from student organizations to discuss ways to improve Student Activities and maximize the capacity for student organizations to effect change over a complimentary meal. Orgs will have a unique opportunity to network with other orgs, TSG and Student Activities and come up with innovative ways to put their ideas into action.
